• Construction drawings and specifications including working with 3rd party consultants, such as Structural Engineers.

• Building Regulation applications, with either the Local Authority or Appointed Inspectors - The Building Regulations application also includes obtaining SAP rating calculations and water efficiency calculations when necessary. 

• Tenders and financial control of building projects

• We can also offer recommendations with regards to contractors
